Asset tagging is an identification system that can be used to locate underground assets. It is ideal for sites where conventional signage cannot be used, and provides a cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing alternative to traditional identification processes such as spray painting. Asset tagging is especially useful for equipment tracking, inventory control and loss prevention.
During an industrial boiler maintenance appointment, a Gas Safe registered engineer will start by removing the front casing of the boiler in order to inspect the parts inside. Not only will pipework and seals be examined, but the pressure and the boiler flue will also be checked. The burner and heat exchanger will be cleaned if there is a dirt build up as this can affect the efficiency of the boiler. The expansion vessel will also be tested to ensure that the system has a suitable pressure level; the engineer will listen out for any strange noises.
Commercial boiler servicing is absolutely essential to avoid the risk of galvanic corrosion that can occur as a result of inefficient cleaning. With regular maintenance work, you can prevent your boiler from suffering any damage and extend its service life.
Routine testing for legionella can help to prevent potential, occasionally fatal, outbreaks of Legionnaires’ disease. Alongside this, a legionella risk assessment helps to safeguard the health and wellbeing of residents, workers or visitors in any property.
Our water treatment services include water monitoring, legionella control, tank cleaning and chlorination, risk assessments and the general management and maintenance of all hot and cold water services.

When choosing a commercial heating system, you should always consider factors such as the size of the space it needs to heat, the number of radiators in the property and the layout of the building. You also need to think about the size of the space that the boiler will be installed in, as there should always be around 20cm of space above and below the boiler, as well as 60cm around it.
Our commercial heating services include installation, maintenance and repairs, replacements, reports and surveys and commissioning and upgrades.
Any unusual noises - such as clunking, ticking or whirring - are all signs that your commercial boiler could be in need of repair or maintenance work. If you also find that your energy bills are increasing for no apparent reason, this could be an indication that your boiler is becoming less efficient and needs to be inspected.
Regardless of whether anything is obviously wrong or not, your boiler should nonetheless be serviced once a year to ensure that there aren’t any underlying issues that you don’t know about.
